Tibaldi Pens PETER The GREAT pen collection is a fine handcrafted
limited edition writing instrument. Seldom has pen-making history seen such
exquisitely hand made roller ball pens and fountain pens. These classic designer
pens made of black resin carved with care from a single block of resin to ensure
durability. These Tibaldi roller ball pens and fountain pens have a diamond
patterned finish on the pen’s trimmings. This is in sterling silver plated with
rose gold, a design that the discerning pen collector will recognize as a
decoration used during the eighteenth century.
The history behind the character that inspired the design of this Tibaldi pen is
as follows. Peter The Great was a respected and accomplished military leader and
diplomat with a powerful presence both in stature and nature and considered one
of the best. He stood seven feet tall and ruled Russia. During his rule, Russia
rose to great heights. It had a centralized government, an army and navy. Under
Peter’s rule, the Church was subjugated to the state. He also had the foresight
to encourage the growth of science and divided the country into territories.
After he passed on, Peter was laid to rest at the Cathedral of the St Peter and
St Paul Fortress in St Petersburg.
With such an illustrious background, the expensive Tibaldi Clari Viri Peter the
Great roller ball pens
and fountain pen sets are crafted as limited editions with fifty roller ball
pens and 50 fountain pen sets. Presented in a custom hand painted luxury
wooden case, each Tibaldi Clari Viri pen comes in its own exclusive box.
