David Oscarson Pens Trellis Collection is seventh in series of Limited Edition writing instruments. The designer pens are produced in five color variations with each one being limited to 88 pieces.
Oscarson offers fountain pens as well as roller balls. The Trellis Collection combines the historical elegance of the art of pen making and the Old World craftsmanship by combining the age-old technique of Guilloché with the fine art and expertise of Hard Enamel.
The David Oscarson pens Trellis Collection integrates various levels of Guilloché on each writing instrument. The pens are handcrafted from 18-karat gold and .925 Sterling Silver, and are offered in fascinating designs.
Each handcrafted pen undergoes multiple stages of engraving during the process of creating an elaborate pattern or guilloche. The guilloche is a process that enhances the surface of pen making it completely irresistible for pen collectors.
David Oscarson pens Trellis collection comprises a “leaf and bud” motif, which requires multiple stages of engraving. This process requires the whole body of the pen to be first reduced to the level of the guilloché pattern below it. This fascinating pattern is then carved onto the background of the pen except for the trellis and leaf and bud designs.
The custom-designed pen has a unique filling system with a cartridge, converter and an eyedropper fill. This expensive pen features a series of seals and “O” rings in order to prevent the ink-leakage. You can also get a
roller ball version of the David Oscarson Pens Trellis Collection. For more information see the David Oscarson pens
